Cameron Walker, Owner/Director

Cameron Walker is dedicated to helping businesses think differently about safety and shifting the focus from legal obligation to a genuine and considered investment in the safety of workers.

Cameron’s passion for safety began over 20 years ago with a personal experience of a serious workplace injury that resulted in his inability to work for 2.5 years as well as multiple back surgeries and permanent physical limitations.

Unable to take part in the fun activities he enjoyed and having to completely shift career paths, Cameron’s injury not only affected him physically but took a serious toll on his mental health, putting strain on his relationships with the family and friends around him.

Now, motivated by his experience and armed with a wealth of knowledge in workplace health and safety, Cameron is determined to help businesses prioritise and improve the safety of workers, making WHS part of an employer’s fibre and culture.

An expert in the prevention, mitigation and management of workplace injuries and incidents, Cameron is qualified to assist businesses in raising the bar on safety and helping workers to arrive safely, work safely, and go home safely.

Arrange a Meet & Greet
To discuss your safety goals

STEP ONE

To gain a thorough understanding of your business’s structure, values, and safety goals, we conduct a complimentary 1-hour meet and greet where we discuss where you are now, and where you want to be.

We establish the safety measures, policies, and procedures you currently have in place, then discuss what outcomes and goals you would like to achieve by improving your overall workplace health and safety.

Common safety goals may include:

-          Establishing a zero-incident target

-          Improving employee mental health

-          Setting a standard of behaviour in the workplace

-          Reduce lost time injuries

STEP TWO

Following our initial meet and greet, we then conduct a complete safety audit on your business, reviewing current policies and procedures, risk identification, and any areas with opportunity for improvement.

STEP THREE

Following your safety audit, we produce a report on any findings, and then develop a custom safety program including detailed implementation strategies and recommendations that we deliver to your business.

STEP FOUR

We believe workplace health and safety isn’t a ‘set and forget’ process.

We continue to work with you beyond implementation to continue your business’s safety improvements and ensure everything is complying with current legislation.

We meet with you monthly to discuss any findings, recommendations, and conduct ongoing audits, helping your business to consistently achieve your safety targets and objectives.
